Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 16 July 2026

This policy explains what Curenova Health collects when you contact us, who we share it with, and how you can get it deleted. It covers medical reports and health details as a distinct, more sensitive category.

1. Information You Provide

When you submit an enquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number and country, the treatment or specialty you are asking about, a description of your medical condition, how urgent your case is, any hospital you would prefer, whether you need accommodation or are travelling with a companion, and any notes you add. Only your name and email address are required; every other field is optional and the form works without them.

2. Medical Reports and Health Information

Your enquiry describes your health, and you may optionally upload medical reports, scans or prescriptions as PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP files of up to 10 MB each. We treat this as a more sensitive category than ordinary contact details. Uploaded documents are held in a private storage area that is not publicly reachable and cannot be browsed or downloaded from the website; only authorised Curenova Health staff can open them, through a temporary link. We never use your health information for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we share it only as described in section 5. You can always contact us without uploading anything.

3. Information Collected Automatically

With your enquiry we record the language you were reading the site in and the page you submitted from, so we can reply in your language and understand which pages patients find useful. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs, and we collect anonymous page-speed measurements. This site does not run advertising, remarketing or behavioural-tracking scripts — there is no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel on it.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to review your case and identify suitable hospitals and specialist doctors, to obtain and prepare cost estimates and treatment plans, to help coordinate visa, travel and accommodation arrangements, and to communicate with you about your enquiry. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

5. When We Share Your Information

To obtain a medical opinion for you, we share your case — including your health details and any reports you upload — with hospitals and treating doctors in our network that are relevant to your condition, and only to the extent needed to assess your case. Those hospitals are independent organisations: they are not owned or controlled by Curenova Health, and once your information reaches them they handle it under their own privacy practices and their own obligations as licensed healthcare providers. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal or medical data to anyone.

6. Service Providers

We do not operate our own servers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms: Supabase, which hosts the database holding enquiries and the storage holding uploaded medical reports; Vercel, which hosts the website and processes server logs and anonymous performance data; and Resend, which delivers the notification email to our team and the acknowledgement email to you, and therefore handles the contact and case details contained in those emails. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation takes place inside WhatsApp and is processed by WhatsApp and Meta under their own privacy policy, not ours.

7. Where Your Data Is Stored

Curenova Health operates from India and our team reviews your case here. Your data is stored on managed infrastructure run by the providers named in section 6, which may store or process it in countries other than your country of residence. By sending us your details you understand that they will be transferred to India, and to those providers, so that we can act on your enquiry.

8. Data Security

All traffic to this website is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Enquiries are written to our database only through our own server: the database is configured to reject attempts to read, add or delete enquiry records directly from the public website, and uploaded medical reports sit in a private, non-public storage area. Access to enquiries and reports is limited to authorised Curenova Health staff. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to keep the number of people who can reach it small.

9. Data Retention

We keep your enquiry and any documents you send for as long as we need them to assist with your case and to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time, as described in section 10.

10. Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, withdraw your consent to our processing, or ask us to delete your data, including any medical reports you have uploaded. Email us at care@curenovahealth.com and we will respond within 30 days. Please note that withdrawing consent or requesting deletion may mean we can no longer progress your case.

11. Cookies

This site uses no advertising, marketing or behavioural-tracking cookies. We set a cookie to remember your language preference, and a session cookie for our own staff signing in to an internal dashboard. Our page-speed measurement is anonymous and does not use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the language cookie only means the site may not remember which language you chose. We do not track you across other websites.

12. Children

Our services are intended for adults. Where an enquiry concerns a child, we expect a parent or legal guardian to submit it and to be responsible for the information provided. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without a parent or guardian, contact us at care@curenovahealth.com and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a significant change we will revise the date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, post a notice on the website. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

14. Contact and Complaints

For any question about this policy, to exercise any of the rights in section 10, or to complain about how we have handled your data, contact us at care@curenovahealth.com or write to Curenova Health, City Heights, Sector 38, Gurugram, Haryana, India. We aim to resolve complaints directly; if you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to raise the matter with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
